Htwe is an independent researcher and consultant working with UN agencies, regional networks, and international organisations on integrated and comprehensive prevention frameworks across Southeast Asia and beyond. In the ASEAN region, she has supported regional youth leadership initiatives that promote collaboration, knowledge exchange, and preventive approaches to social instability. Through the Rotary Peace Fellowship, she continues to strengthen her interdisciplinary grounding in peacebuilding, expanding her engagement with global networks and policy-oriented frameworks that enhance her work on institutional resilience. Her professional focus is on advancing comprehensive prevention models that connect local knowledge systems, community resilience, and inclusive institutional design to support sustainable peace outcomes.
